After your purchase is completed there will be a Download button towards the bottom of the page. If you missed the button and closed the window, you should also receive an email shortly after purchasing. If you do not receive the email please check your SPAM, JUNK, TRASH etc. folders. If you do not receive the email within 6 hours, please email us with your name and exact order.
Q. I've purchased and downloaded a tutorial, what now?
Make sure you have the QuickTime player installed. You may download it at Quicktime.com. After that simple double click the tutorial you'd like to view.
Q. I'm having trouble opening the Reason files included. What can I do?
Our tutorials require Reason Version 4 or later.
Q. How soon will my order be shipped if I elected to have it sent via mail?
All orders are shipped via US priority mail on the Friday of the week the order was placed.
Q. Can I order outside the United States?
Yes you can. Shipping is the same price as US orders.
Q. What are the computer system hardware requirements for the tutorials?
We recommend a 1ghz PC or Mac computer with 512 megs of RAM, 16X DVD-ROM drive, and sound card. A minimum resolution of 1024X768 is highly recommended. The newest version of Quicktime Player is required. This may be downloaded and installed for free at: http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/

Sorry, unfortunatly we can't answer any non support questions.
Q. What version of Reason do you use for the tutorials?
We use Reason version 4 for our tutorials unless stated otherwise.
Q. How do I read the key command sheet?
The sheet is a Adobe Reader PDF file. Adobe Reader software is required to view it and may be downloaded at: http://www.adobe.com/
Q. My tutorial is running slow from my DVD-Rom drive, can I speed it up?
Yes, You may copy the tutorial movie file to your hard drive and play from there. This will allow you to skip around the movie much faster.
